Product Description

Operating medium

Clean dry or lubricated air or inert gases, as long as they are non-corrosive gases compatible with internal actuator parts and lubricants. The dew point temperature of the operating medium is -20℃. The size of impurity particles in the medium does not exceed 30 μm. When the locator is selected, the size of the impurity particles in the medium used does not exceed 5 μ.
